||Hotel Manuela, a stone’s throw from the beach of Cervia, boasts a long tradition in the art of hospitality. A passion that began in the early 60s when Walter started the business by building a small guesthouse with some rooms. In the following years Hotel Manuela has always kept up with the times expanding and adding services and comfort, to become the Hotel that is today. Since the beginning, Guglielma has dedicated herself to cooking with fresh homemade pasta and excellent recipes of Romagna home cooking style, a gastronomic imprint that still lives today in the delicious dishes proposed by our chef.
